How to order and FAQs

Please check our home page for any updates re server or ordering status

You must place an order whether you are ordering prints or digital files – you cannot download files direct from the site. However, if enabled, you can post direct to social media.

Click on the thumbnails to preview your image then click on Add to Cart button to place your order –  enter the quantity you wish to order of each product type, then click continue shopping and repeat the process for the images you wish to purchase.

NB some galleries also have a tab for packages of prints and/or digital files.

If you order digital files you will receive two emails – the first acknowledges your payment, the second has a download link for your digital orders - the files are not sent to you automatically. The files will come to you in a zip folder, if you do not know how to unzip try these instructions

If you cannot find your email with the download link please check your junk mail folder.  Or you can log in to your account and proceed to the digital downloads page.

If you order prints you will receive an email to acknowledge payment.

Prints are dispatched within a week – then it is up to Australia Post.

Even if you are ordering free downloads you still have to go through the full ordering and checkout process.

If you encounter problems using Internet Explorer please use Firefox or Chrome (much better browsers anyhow)

Payments are processed via PayPal – you can pay via credit card through this portal the same way you pay by credit card on any other site. PayPal is just the processing portal.

What type of licence license?

The Private Use License is just that – you may use the images in Facebook etc and you may print from the files for your own use.

Non-commercial use covers publication in newspapers and online magazines for editorial, PR and marketing purposes, but not for resale.

The Commercial Use License allows you full use of the image for commercial purposes

About your prints

Your quality prints are produced in our processing lab in Canberra on Kodak lustre paper (not gloss).

Most popular print formats require cropping of your image – we do this with respect to the content. If your image fills the frame then you should order a print size that does not require cropping – this is noted against the print size when you Add to Cart.

Shipping - Prints are sent via Australia Post. Prints up to A4 are sent in a flat envelope with a card protector (standard postage rate), while larger prints are sent flat or in a mailing tube (parcel postage rate).  Please advise us if for any reason your print is damaged by Australia Post and we will replace it for you.
